How Plumbing and Electrical Work Is Coordinated in a Kitchen Installation

Why kitchen services need planning before the units arrive
A kitchen installation is not simply a matter of removing old cupboards and replacing them with new ones. Plumbing and electrical services determine where sinks, dishwashers, ovens, hobs, extractors and lighting can safely go. The position of each appliance affects the cabinetry, worktops and service routes around it.
That is why our process starts with the room as a working system rather than a collection of separate trades. We look at the proposed layout, identify the appliances that need connections and compare this with the existing water, waste, electrical and gas arrangements. If the design moves the sink across the room or places an oven where a cupboard currently stands, the installation plan must account for those changes before any units are fixed in place.
